Colt DCS data center projects

India · dataset updated 2026-10-18

ArusGrid tracks 2 active data center projects operated by Colt DCS, with 122 MW of planned IT load, across India. Of these, 1 is operational and 1 is under construction. Projects under construction or commissioning account for 100 MW.

ArusGrid classes the operator as colocation. Projects appear under the names Colt Data Centre Services. The largest project is Colt Airoli expansion campus at 100 MW in Mumbai metro, under construction. Named funders across its projects are RMZ and Fidelity (Colt parent). No tenant is disclosed at any of its projects, which is normal for colocation and says nothing about occupancy.

* marks a capacity figure whose source states a basis other than IT load. Planned MW is IT load unless marked. Running capacity is rarely published, so a missing figure means undisclosed. Cancelled projects are listed and excluded from every total. Definitions, sourcing standards and evidence rules are on the Methodology page. Data is CC BY-NC 4.0.
