Gulf's own release says GSA Data Center Company Limited signed a data center services agreement with Siam AI Corporation; Bangkok Biz (13 Dec 2024) reports service begins H2 2025. The release names the company and no building. GSA01 Bang Phli is the only GSA site operating in H2 2025 (GSA02 is under construction and contracted to Microsoft), so the building is assigned by elimination. Upgrade to confirmed only if a document names GSA01.
