It is the only CMC project ArusGrid tracks. It sits on the Saigon Hi-Tech Park alongside Evolution DC VN HCMC (VN02), FPT Fornix HCM02, Gaw Capital Project Vespa and StarMason Data Centre Campus. Named funding comes from CMC Corporation on the equity side and Samsung C&T. No user of the capacity is on the public record as of 2026-10-01, after a check of operator, landlord, contractor, regulator and lender documents. Most colocation leases are confidential, so this says nothing about occupancy.
The build is phased. Phase 1 at 30 MW is land and permitting with a 2027 target; Full build at 120 MW is announced. The stage was recorded as at the land and permitting stage in July 2025. The money on record is US$250m as of June 2025, a government approval ceiling.
