Gamuda's Bursa Malaysia announcement names Pearl Computing Malaysia Sdn Bhd as buyer of about 389 acres at Port Dickson with a RM1.01 billion enabling works contract; The Edge identifies the buyer as a Google affiliate. The SPV is named in an exchange filing at this site.
