Projects under construction have a dated construction source, which is the evidence bar that corroborates a project on its own. This is the stage that best predicts capacity actually landing.
ArusGrid records 116 projects under construction, with 10,134 MW of planned IT load, led by Malaysia (22 projects, 2,504 MW), Indonesia (12 projects, 1,718 MW) and India (22 projects, 1,697 MW). The largest is Zhonglian Zero-Carbon AI Computing Park (Cloud Base) at 600 MW in Zhongwei. The operators with the most capacity at this stage are Zhonglian Data Group (600 MW), Digital Edge (600 MW), DayOne (500 MW), SDAIA (480 MW) and Princeton Digital Group (456 MW).
