JDC1 (colo, Sea anchor) at 48 MW is operational with a 2024 target; JDC2 (Nvidia GB200 AI DC, YTL AI Cloud) at 20 MW is operational with a 2025 target; JDC3 (2nd AI DC) is under construction. The money on record is RM15bn (about US$3.3bn) as of August 2022, the announced investment. Power comes from National grid (TNB) through grid supply (reported, unconfirmed). Cooling uses direct liquid cooling.
Grid power for a large industrial user in Malaysia costs about US$0.14 per kWh as of July 2025, the country figure ArusGrid applies where a site has no published rate.
