ArusGrid tracks 12 active data center projects in NCR, India, with 1,055 MW of planned IT load. Of these, 4 are operational, 2 are operational and expanding, 2 are under construction and 4 are announced only. Projects under construction or commissioning account for 260 MW and operational sites for 275 MW of planned capacity. Operators have disclosed 65 MW actually running, a figure most of them do not publish.

The largest project is AM Group AI compute hub, Jewar at 350 MW, announced only. The operators with the most planned capacity here are AM Group, founders of Greenko (350 MW across 1 project), Anant Raj (307 MW across 3 projects) and Yotta (209 MW across 3 projects). Published colocation vacancy in NCR was 44% as of June 2025. Vacancy excludes hyperscaler self-build.
